These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and related services provided by JD Funnel ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up or using any of our services, you agree to these terms.
2. What We Provide
JD Funnel builds, hosts, and manages professional websites for home service businesses. We handle the setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance so you can focus on your work.
3. Setup & Monthly Fees
The Smart Website plan has a one-time $500 setup fee and a $29/month fee, and your first month is free. Fees are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to our requests in a timely manner so we can build and maintain your site, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish and for any claims you make about your services.
5. Your Website
We build, host, and maintain your website as part of your plan. While we work to keep your site accurate, fast, and online, you are responsible for reviewing the content we publish on your behalf and letting us know when your services, pricing, or availability change.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
JD Funnel is not liable for missed calls, lost leads, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through your dashboard. Continued use after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.
